We work with farmers, turn their harvest into products buyers can use, and supply those products to food and industrial customers in Ghana and overseas.
Who we are
One Crop, the Whole Journey
We manage the whole journey. We agree terms with farmers, plan collection around the harvest, prepare and pack each product to the buyer's specification, check it before it leaves, and hand it to Williot Logistics, our sister company, to ship and deliver.
Our logo shows what we do: a cassava root in Ghanaian soil, sending up new leaves. The root, the ring and the new leaves stand for the farm, the chain we manage and the markets we serve. The crop grows here; our job is to carry it, in good condition and with the right paperwork, to the markets that need it.

Why Cassava, and Why Ghana
The supply is there. What buyers need is a partner who organises it: who knows the farmers, moves the roots quickly, processes to a specification and ships with the right documents. That is the role Casav fills.
A Major Ghanaian Crop
Ghana grows cassava in very large volumes, mostly on small family farms, which makes it one of Africa's largest producers.
Hardy in the Field
Cassava tolerates poor soils and dry spells better than most staple crops, and roots can stay in the ground for months until needed.
Fast to Spoil Once Lifted
Fresh roots begin to deteriorate within two to three days of harvest. Speed from field to processing decides quality.
One Root, Many Uses
The same root becomes food, industrial starch or animal feed. Cassava contains no gluten, which widens its use in baking.
