An export order succeeds or fails on its paperwork. We agree clear terms, prepare the documents the order needs and work with Williot Logistics so the goods and the documents arrive together.

Incoterms, simply

Who Pays for What, and When the Risk Passes

We quote on the Incoterms 2020 rule agreed with you. These are the ones buyers ask for most, from least to most done by us.

  1. EXW

    Ex Works

You collect from our site and handle everything after that.

  2. FCA

    Free Carrier

We hand the goods, cleared for export, to the carrier you name in Ghana.

  3. FOB

    Free On Board

We deliver the goods on board the ship at a Ghanaian port. You arrange and pay the sea freight from there.

  4. CFR

    Cost and Freight

We pay the sea freight to your port. The risk passes to you once the goods are on board in Ghana.

  5. CIF

    Cost, Insurance and Freight

As CFR, and we also buy the minimum marine insurance for you.

  6. DAP

    Delivered At Place

We deliver to a named place in your country; you clear import customs and pay duties.

Every price we quote carries its ISO currency code, for example USD or GHS, as agreed with you.
