Information, Not an Offer

The website describes our products and how we work. It is not an offer to sell. Specifications, quantities, prices, delivery dates and payment terms are agreed for each order in a written contract, and only that contract binds either side. Where the website says a value is “agreed per order”, the contract sets it.

Tools and Estimates

The Spec Finder, container calculator, export checklist, harvest calendar and freshness clock are planning aids. Their results are estimates and general guidance, not professional, legal or customs advice. Confirm documents and rules with your own broker or authority.

Photographs

Some photographs on this website are licensed stock or Creative Commons images used to illustrate cassava and its products. They do not show our own farms, premises or people unless we say so. Credits are on the photo credits page.

Our Content

The text, design and the Casav logo belong to Casav Global Co. LTD. You may share links to our pages and print pages for your own use.

Impersonation

We never change our bank details by email. If you receive a message claiming to be from us that asks for payment to a new account, do not pay; see Verify Casav.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
