High-Quality Cassava Flour

Fine, white, unfermented flour with no gluten, for baking and food manufacturing.

What it is

About Our Cassava Flour

High-quality cassava flour (HQCF) is made from fresh roots that are peeled, grated, pressed and dried within hours, then milled fine. It is not fermented, so it stays white and neutral in taste. Bakers and food makers use it in place of, or blended with, wheat flour, and because cassava contains no gluten it suits recipes made for buyers who avoid it.

Typical Uses

  • Bread and composite flour blends

The assumptions behind this estimate
  • Bagged high-quality cassava flour stows at about 720 kg per cubic metre (our estimate).
  • About 28 m³ of a 20 ft container is usable once bags are stacked with a loading margin.
  • A working weight limit of 21 tonnes of cargo. The real limit depends on the shipping line, the container and road limits at each end.
  • Jumbo bags usually load fewer tonnes than the figure shown, because they stack less tightly.

For planning only. Your quote, prepared with Williot Logistics, confirms the real load.
