Privacy Policy

This notice explains what personal information Casav Global Co. LTD (“we”, “us”), part of the Williot Group, collects through this website, why, and the choices you have. We follow the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) of Ghana, and we respect the expectations of buyers in the UK and the EU.

What We Collect

• When you send an enquiry or sample request: your name, company, email address, phone number if you give it, and the details of your enquiry (product, quantity, destination, delivery window, Incoterms, documents and your notes).
• When you message us on WhatsApp, call or email: what you choose to send us through those services.
• When you use Root Trace: the lot code you type, which is checked in your browser and not sent to us.

The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and you do not need an account to use it. The one exception is the map on the contact page: it is provided by Google Maps, so when it loads Google receives your device details and may set its own cookies, under Google's own terms. The home page remembers in your browser's storage the date you last saw its opening animation, so it plays at most once a day; nothing is sent to us.

Why We Use It

We use your details only to answer your enquiry, send samples and quotes, and, if you go on to order, to manage your order. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.

Who Sees It

Enquiries go to our team at info@casavglobal.com. Where your order needs it, we share the details with Williot Logistics, our sister company in the Williot Group, which ships our orders. Our email and website hosting providers process data for us under their own terms.

How Long We Keep It

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any order that follows, and then delete them unless the law requires us to keep them longer, for example trade and tax records.

Your Rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@casavglobal.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact Ghana's Data Protection Commission.
